OTTOLENGHI COMFORT BOOK (ENGLISH)

8265/054

Description

Ottolenghi COMFORT is the new cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi, written with Helen Goh, Verena Lochmuller, and Tara Wigley.

In this work, the celebrated British-Israeli chef reinterprets comfort food with his characteristic stamp: creativity, flavor, and elegance. Everyday dishes take on a new dimension, such as orecchiette with caramelized onion, hazelnuts, and crispy sage, bread soup with cheese, Savoy cabbage and cavolo nero, or potato aligot with garlic, leeks, and thyme.

With more than 100 recipes, the book explores what comfort food means from the personal experiences of its four authors—their memories, childhoods, and travels—and celebrates the connection between food, home, and family traditions passed down from generation to generation.
